By using Lushnja.biz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. The service
Lushnja.biz is a digital platform for businesses, tourism and events in Lushnja and surroundings. Information is provided “as is”; we do our best to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee every detail (hours, prices, contacts) is always up to date.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
- You must provide truthful information. Fake or abusive accounts are blocked.
3. Business listings
- You may only list businesses you own or are authorised to represent.
- You confirm that the texts and photos you upload are yours or that you have permission to use them.
- Every listing is reviewed before publication. We may reject, edit or remove inaccurate, offensive, misleading or unlawful content.
- Ownership claims are verified; we may ask for proof (e.g. tax ID, business phone).
4. Reviews
Reviews must reflect a real experience. Paid, offensive or promotional reviews, or reviews containing other people's personal data, are not allowed. Reviews are moderated before publication.
5. VIP plans and payments
- VIP plans are prepaid (monthly or yearly) and activate once payment is confirmed.
- When a subscription expires the account automatically returns to the free plan; businesses stay online.
- Payments are not refunded for the period already used, except where the service was not provided through our fault.
6. Liability
Lushnja.biz is not a party to dealings between visitors and businesses and is not responsible for their products or services.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page.
